Week 1: Kickoff & Cohort Overview

Join us for this essential session where you'll kick off your growth journey and connect with your cohort peers. We'll provide a concise overview of the program structure, review the Growth Plan methodology, and ensure you have all the tools and resources needed for a successful quarter. This is your chance to clarify next steps, set initial intentions, and start building relationships with your fellow participants. 

Week 2: Leadership Mindset

Cultivate the owner's mindset essential for leading a business, not just working in it. This area focuses on identifying and transforming the limiting beliefs and habits that keep you stuck in a worker role. By understanding your mental frameworks, you'll develop the strategic attitude and resilience needed to lead, delegate, and manage. Learn strategies to build a foundation that empowers you to think, decide, and act as the true leader and owner of your vision.

Week 3: Operational Processes

Master the internal processes that drive efficiency and scale. This session helps you identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in your current operations. You'll learn how to design and document repeatable systems and workflows that ensure accountability, free up your time, and transform your big-picture goals into a reliably and smoothly run business.

Week 4: Branding Foundations

This session is dedicated to building the core identity of your business. We'll focus on brand foundations, helping you move beyond superficial aesthetics to define your company's mission, values, and unique market position. Learn how to clearly articulate your value proposition and establish a consistent brand voice. 

Week 5: Tech & Resources

Learn how to strategically find and leverage the tools and knowledge that fuel your business's growth. This session focuses on identifying crucial business resources needed to scale effectively. Evaluate new technology and software for efficiency, explore opportunities for automation, and troubleshoot existing technical issues to optimize your productivity and streamline processes.

Week 6: Capital & Funding

Focus on the financial planning necessary to sustain and scale your business. This session will guide you through setting clear understanding funding options, revenue goals, and ensuring sound financial management. You'll explore options to access capital and  learn about pathways for securing external funding and capital to fuel your next stage of growth.

Week 7: Growth Planning Session

This dedicated time is for intensive work and expert feedback on your personalized Growth Plan. Bring your progress, questions, and challenges! You'll refine your goals, pressure-test your strategies, and ensure every component of your plan—from operations to finance—is realistic, measurable, and fully actionable for the coming quarter.

Week 8: Growth Plan Presentation

Complete your journey with a solid plan! You will present your final Growth Plan to a small group for powerful accountability and feedback. We'll conclude the program with final reflections, networking, and a wrap-up to ensure you leave with a fully developed strategy and the confidence to immediately execute your plan and accelerate your business growth.
